You can copy files onto a USB thumb drive to display and/or annotate on the TV
Start with a USB drive that's formatted for Windows and Mac (FAT format). If you're not sure of the format or want to erase your drive to change the format, have a look at this article for instructions.
Next, turn on the TV using the side button (use the switch at the bottom of the TV on the mobile cart):
Place the USB drive into one of the USB slots on the side of the TV:
On the main screen, choose the "Documents" button
If prompted, choose which USB slot you've inserted your drive into:
Choose the USB icon at the top left to see the files on your USB drive:
Choose the file that you want to open:
If you open an image, you can choose to just display it, but you can also annotate it. If you'd like to annotate choose this button:
Now you will have tools that will allow you to draw and erase:
To exit from annotation mode, touch this button again:
When you are ready to close this file, touch the X button:
You can also open Word documents stored on your USB to view and/or annotate:
Once your document is open, use the tools at the bottom to change pages, zoom, annotate and exit:
You can also open PowerPoint files:
