If you need someone to act on your behalf and read mail, schedule appointments, etc, this is how you set it up. Assign a delegate - Create Contacts

If you would like to view the contact information from someone in our organization, use the "Find a contact" search box. This will search for students, staff and faculty from anywhere in our organization. Give it a try on your own computer. - Create and use contact groups
This video shows you how to create groups of contacts. Sending an email to a contact group emails everyone in the group at the same time
Note that these groups are saved locally on your computer. If the technology department ever needs to wipe your computer for any reason, you'll want to make us aware of these contact groups if you want them to be saved.
